If you get a decent manager/supervisor, you can just do your job and have a fairly stable job. Other ones will use you to better themselves, claim your work, and makeup hidden writeups that you never see to keep you from getting another position. If you get a decent one, then you can do your job, and go home at the end of the day and have a stable work environment. Upper management won't clean house, and keeps these "bad apples" there.
